Orchid Data Systems are pleased to announce the availability of their new service “Orchid FarmWizard for Beef Farmers.”
FarmWizard is built on web (also known as ”cloud”) technologies that allow livestock farmers to access and update their cattle records from anywhere with an internet connection, whether it’s a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Orchid, founded by a cattle farmer, and based in Corby in the heart of the Midlands, has been providing and supporting on-farm software since 1984.

In addition to the “access anywhere” approach to cattle records, another major benefit of the system is that data is automatically transferred to other organisations like BCMS, increasing data accuracy, which in turn, reduces the risks of compliance penalties.
